senior Estimator

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing estimates, and contributing to project planning while ensuring alignment with our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation:
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and plans to determine accurate material and labor costs.
Prepare comprehensive and detailed cost estimates for various projects.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
Generate reports and present findings to management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Mindfulness and Detail Orientation:
Review and validate estimates for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered.
Maintain organized documentation and records for all estimates and changes.
Quality Assurance:
Strive for excellence in all estimations by continually seeking opportunities for improvement in processes and practices.
Participate in post-project evaluations to refine future estimating techniques.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Proficient in using estimating software programs and tools.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
